CW1044

These cables are used to provide a connection in internal telephne systems. They have plain annealed copper conductore with a cream coloured PVC Sheath.

CW1109

This range wires is particularly suited for the wiring of distribution frames and similar equipment. They are made up of 0.5mm soft tinned copper conductors insulated with PVC. Standard colours from stock: 2coreBlue/Yellow,Red/White,Black/Yellow

CW1293

Conforming to British and International telecommunication authorities specification, these cables are suitable for cross-connecting individual items of switch-board equipment and to connect the exchange with internal distribution points.

Conductor: Solid tinned copper wire (0.5mm) to BS 4109
Insulation: PVC
Lay-up: Cores twisted into pairs or triples, laid up to form a compact circular cable.
Wrapping: Polyester Tape.
Sheath: PVC (Crem/White/Grey/Black). Medium to large size cables are fitted with a nylon ripcord for easy stripping.
Options: Additional earth wire either tinned or plain copper insulated or uninsulated.

CW1311

These cables are used to provide a connection in internal telephne systems. They have plain annealed copper conductore with a cream coloured PVC Sheath.

CW1316

These cables provide a convenient means of modifying or rerouting telephone installations without disturbing the decor. The flat formation of these cables allows them to be laid under carpets without affecting the surface contour.

CW 1600

These cables comply with British Telecom requirements for reduced fire hazard telephone cables. The Conductore are 0.5mm in dia, polythylene insulated, twisted into pairs, lapped with a mica/glass tape with overall aluminum screen and earht wire and sheathed with white, low smoke, zero halogen compund.

CW 1308

Used for connecting telephone systemsand exchanges, these cables have a tinned copperconductor (0.5mm dia) with PVC insulation. Theseare twisted to form a pair then laid up and sheathedin white/black/grey PVC. A rip cord is laid underthe sheath to facilitate its removal. An optional1.38mm dia plain copper earth wire is availableon 10pair cables.

CW 1308 Screened

These cables are manufactured inaccordance to CW 1308 specifications as below withthe addition of an overall aluminium foil screenand tinned copper earth wire. Available in 3,6,10+Eand 25+E.

CW1128

These cables are used in external environment for protection against moisture. Made with plain copper conductors 0.5 mm in diameter.Polyethylene insulated, twisted into pairs and laidin unit construction. They are then filled with petroleum jelly and polyethylene sheathed in black.

CW1198

These cables are used in external environment where a greater degree of mechanical protection is required. Construction is as per CW1128 with the addition of a galvanised steel wire armour and polyethylene over sheath.

CW1236

These cables are made from plain copper conductors, cellular polyethylene insulated,twisted into pairs and laid up in unit formation.An aluminium moisture barrier is bonded to a black solid outer polyethylene outer sheath and then petroleum jelly filled. (Over 200 pairs only).
